How long will it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses to ensure our coffee reaches you at peak flavor and quality.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sourcing through direct trade and sustainable partnerships with farmers who adhere to high environmental and labor standards.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage, pause, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
Do you provide grind options for your coffee?
We offer Whole Bean, Drip, and Espresso grinds. We recommend Whole Bean for the freshest flavor, but we are happy to grind it to your preference before shipping.
