At Better Buzz Coffee, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is a non-perishable product, such as apparel or brewing gear, and is in its original, unused packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the authorization number before shipping them back to our San Diego roasting facility.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
